This is faith that involves God's Word. There is no way you say or you profess that you are exercising in God's kind of faith without God's kind of Word. God's kind of Word produces the faith. Word of God produces faith of God. And so there is a need for you to know the Word of God. Jesus Christ was a person who devoted his every life to reading the Word, even though he is the Word himself. But he lived his life to show us the pattern. And so he said in Matthew chapter 4 verse 4 that, “Man shall not live by bread alone, but by every word that proceeds out of the mouth of the Lord”. You know what? Man will live by faith in God's Word. And that is why wherever there is faith, which is God’s kind of faith, then right behind it is God's Word. God's Word is what produces God's kind of faith. You cannot separate the two. If there is going to be a faith that will move mountains, if there be a faith that will raise the dead, if there be a faith that will heal the sick, the Word of God will be at the very center of it. And that is why we must make sure that we give the Word a great place in our heart. And so we talk about the need of you to really meditate on God's Word. And we gave Joshua chapter 1 verse 8 and verse 9, where God mandated it for Joshua that if he wanted an extraordinary success in his call, in his assignment, in his ministry, so to say, he must meditate in the Scriptures and in the Word of God. And he must do it in such a way that it must be in the morning and also in the evening before he sleeps in the night. And that is why he had a supernatural ministry. Praise the Lord. You want to live an extraordinary life, you want to live a life of wonders, the best you can do is to acquire the knowledge of the Scriptures, the Word of God. And that is why it's important for us to know why we need to spend time to invest time in the study and in the knowledge of God's Word. The Word of God in your heart is fire. The Word of God in your spirit is power. And that is why you can exercise it the moment it touches your human spirit. The moment your spirit can see, that is the beginning of miracles. When your spirit can see what God is doing by the acquisition of the Word of God, then anything can happen henceforth. Praise the Lord. Hallelujah. So today by the grace of God, we are going to be looking at why God would from death, I mean, why God would command you to live by faith. Why is it that God could not do it to us or do it for us using any other platform, any other means of meeting our needs except by faith? Why must this same Romans and the just now live by faith? Hallelujah. When we have found out very intelligently why this is so, it purposed me in my place of study to realize that God has chosen the best for His children. If not for the line of receiving from God through faith, men cannot receive from God.
