Beloved, one of the things that is very certain that every human being must bear in mind, and one of the things that is very constant that every human being must have to taste, either willfully or unwillingly, is death. The Bible explains a lot about what becomes of us after we die.
In some people’s belief, perhaps from the ancient stories, death is perceived as a termination of a journey of every living being. Some believe that when a person dies, everything else about the fellow also dies. The fellow does not exist. The fellow does not live somewhere else anymore.
In the world, there are several beliefs that regard to death. That, once a person dies, he doesn't live anymore. He doesn't live in the afterlife. Yet the Bible contracts majority of these beliefs.
The Bible says in the book of Hebrews 9:27, that it is appointed unto man to die once, and after this, judgment. Some believe that when a person dies, the fellow who dies, the soul of the person who dies, exists around the people who mourn for them. Some of these beliefs are reflected through movies, and in such movies, we notice that it is being portrayed that while the fellow is being mourned, the person that dies will be hanging somewhere in the air. He or she will probably be listening and watching everything that happens after his or her death. Some even feel that when someone dies, his spirit will remain or his soul will remain in the earth for some time. The scripture says in the book of Ecclesiastes 3:21, it says when a person dies, the person's body goes downward and the spirit or soul goes to God or goes to heaven. It is clear for us to know that there is nothing called life after life in the physical life, only life after death, either in heaven or in hell that exists. Beloveth, it is important for you to know that when we die, we do not just stop living. We may stop living in the physical world, but we continue to live in another world. There are two worlds that exist after death: the heaven and the hell. The heaven is the habitation of God. The hell is the prepared habitation for Satan and his demons. However, only death can lead to the gateway of these two. To become a member of heaven, we must have been a fellow who has received Jesus Christ into our life in sincerity and have chosen to live for him. Without this, we are automatically qualified for judgment to hellfire. Of course, hellfire is not the final destination. Hellfire is a temporary place where sinners will gather to the end of all things and then judged so that they can be transferred into the lake of fire. It is important for us to bear in mind that there are misconceptions about death that requires us to learn about. One of the beliefs is a belief that says that when a person dies, he exists somewhere in another flesh. For example, some have said that they see some people who have been dead living somewhere else in the world or taking another job or married to another person, and once they have been discovered, they disappear. There are several opinions and dividing thoughts about this, but in the eye of the Bible, it is clear cut that this is not true. But what about the account of the people that truly said that they saw those whom they knew and they existed somewhere? We must not forget that Satan is out there to create versions that opposes the authenticity and the veracity of the scriptures. However, we must understand that devil seeks to create confusion by bringing up an opposition to the truth and create it to deceive many people. Although some people will say, how about the one that happened to Saul. when Saul got rejected by God, he disguised, and went to a necromancer who he believed could tell him about how to bring the spirit of Samuel back to him? They will say, how about that? But it is clear for us to understand that this is not God's spirit. Samuel spirit cannot come back, I mean, a human spirit that died cannot come back to the world again. And Satan and demons cannot bring anybody from heaven to come back to talk to any living being. we must disassociate as much as possible from every doctrine of demons and not seek to pursue, to know things from those who have been dead. Many Christians have fallen victims and have become devil-possessed just by venturing to know or to seek to relate with the dead. The Bible is clear about what a portion those who are dead. When a person dies in Christ, the Bible says that his death is a gain. The Bible talks about the fact that he will be with Jesus in heaven. But when a person is not born again, immediately he breathes the last breath, the next breath will be in hellfire. There are several accounts of people who are right now in hellfire. They may be great people on earth. They may be wonderful people on earth. But without coming through Jesus Christ, man goes nowhere. The last thing that I want to bring up is the question of, would we remember everything that we did in the world when we get to heaven or in hellfire? Exactly yes. The Bible is very clear about the fact that we shall remember everything that happened down here. Our memories, our joyful moments, even our painful moments, the faces of our loved ones. Our children, we shall surely have a good memory of them in heaven. My brother, my sister, this is a moment for you to decide where you want to be. You can never decide the moment death has set in. And now, Jesus Christ has provided a means for us by dying on the cross of Calvary for you. Death of Jesus Christ has given mankind a legal way to escape the eternal judgment that automatically leads anyone to hellfire. I want to give you a room today to consider this. Do you want to go to heaven with Jesus? Do you believe in your heart that if you died now, you may end up in hellfire? You can still make a change at this moment. You can decide to say this after me. Heavenly Father, I come to you in Jesus' name. I ask you o come into my heart. I believe you died for me according to the Bible and today I accept you as my Lord and Savior. Now I am born again. Thank you Lord. For further clarification, pls call or whatsapp 08032137801.
